AMAZING HARBOR VIEW This
home was completely gutted in 2003/4 and changed the living area
from the first level to the third. The owners wanted an entry
worthy of their remodel and turned one of the garage bays into their
entry and added an elevator to access all three floors. The
first floor includes a great room which doubles as an office and
second kitchen with a Murphy bed for additional guests. The
second level includes the master suite and two guest rooms.
The sea blue glass tile counter tops are unique and beautiful in the
master bath. There are many built-in's utilizing every inch of
space as well as a wet bar. The floors on this level are
Italian travertine. The third level and actual living space is
a delight. The floors are Brazilian cherry wood. The
kitchen and bar area have granite counter tops with a backsplash of
tile making waves giving one the feeling of being on the beach.
The clear story and high ceilings also add to this space. |
