Mustang Royale Gulf of Mexico Paradise
This beautiful three-story beach house has a
front row view of the Gulf of Mexico. This home
features island decor in every room. The third floor
is the heart of the home with open uncluttered living space,
open kitchen, dining room and living room, and a large
covered balcony for entertaining. This home has four
bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and a bunkroom. The
family enjoys casual island living when they visit their
paradise. |
 |
Mustang Blvd Mediterranean Beauty
This single story Mediterranean home was
custom designed by the owners and built in 2005. It
offers a split bedroom plan, separate library with wood
floors, 18' ceilings and every room has a view of the pool
and canal. The living room style is all about nature,
with the fireplace and 18' solid oak wall as a focal point.
Outdoor living with a Spanish flair is centered around the
40' covered veranda overlooking the pool and tropical
gardens. |
 |
Moorings Unit 2 Tropical Splendor
This wonderful new townhome has three
bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and a den. It
overlooks the Marina with great views at any time during the
day. The simple tropical decor was designed by Susan
Castor and highlights the owner's wonderful taste in art.
Most of the art is by local artists and is a tour all by
itself. The stained pine decking on the floors and
unusual tiles throughout add to the uniqueness of the
property. Don't miss the parrot in the palm tree. |
 |
Moorings Unit 3 Contemporary by the Sea
This is another 3 bedroom, three-and-a-half
bath townhouse in the new Moorings Development. These
wonderfully landscaped units with breathtaking sunset views
are hard to resist. This unit was also decorated by
Susan Castor and is very contemporary with many whimsical
art pieces. Don't miss the dining room table that has
a galvanized tin surface. Stand in the kitchen and
just imagine how much the iridescent tile backsplash will
change during the day. Sliding glass doors open to a
covered patio near the canal for easy fishing. |
 |
Village Walk Beach Cottage
This beach-style cottage sits on a smaller
lot in a community with townhome amenities like a community
pool. The ground floor of this cottage is stained
cement that makes for easy clean up when the kids and dogs
come in from the beach. The kitchen cabinets have
woven grass inserts and pebble glass fronts, and a brick
backsplash. The open floor plan makes it easy to
entertain, and the three balconies all have views of the
Gulf. This Zach Turicchi built home has unique
features that you won't see everywhere. Make sure you
ask about the laundry room door. |
 |
Pelican Condominium Hide Away
This darling two-bedroom, two-bath condo
features both a Gulf and pool view from the wonderful
balcony. This condo was just recently remodeled by
Scott Green, who opened up the ceiling and installed white
planking for the striking look overhead. The beach
decor and soothing colors create a relaxing oasis for the
family. You won't want to miss the etched blue heron
glass wall that separates the living and bedroom areas. |
