D.'s Marinade
1 cup canola oil
3/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup worcherstershire
1/2 cup fresh lemon
juice
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon pepper
2-3 cloves garlic
Put all ingredients in
blender and mix well for 2-3 minutes. Store in fridge.
It will keep for months. Marinate chicken breasts overnight
and bake at 400° covered for 16 minutes. Great on beef. |
