Roasted Rosemary Sweet Potatoes
1 large sweet potato cut
into bite sides pieces
1 tablespoon spicy olive
oil (or 1 tablespoon olive oil + 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper)
1 tablespoon fresh
rosemary chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cracked black
pepper
Mix all ingredients and
place on foil lined baking sheet. Cook at 425° for 25 to 30
minutes. |
