Cookie Bars
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker
Crumbs
1 14oz. Can Sweetened
Condensed Milk
1 6oz. Package Chocolate
Chips
1 1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
13x9" pan
350º 25-30 Minutes
Melt butter in pan.
Sprinkle crumbs over butter. Pour condensed milk evenly over
crumbs. Top evenly with chocolate chips, coconut, then pecans.
Press down gently. Bake until lightly browned. Cool
before cutting into 1x2" pieces. Store at room temperature.

1 6oz. Package Chocolate
Chips
1 Egg
Pinch of Salt
3/4 Cup Boiling Milk
Pureé all ingredients in
a blender. Pour into small dishes. Cool in refrigerator
until firm. Makes 4 servings. |
Grasshopper Pie
9 Inch Oreo Cookie Crust
(20 ground cookies)
30 Large Marshmallows (3
Cups Small)
1/2 Cup Milk
3 Tablespoons Butter
3 Tablespoons Crème de
Cacao
3 Tablespoons Crème de
Menthe
1 Cup Whipped Cream
Cook in Microwave.
Melt butter in Pyrex pie
pan. Press cookie crumbs in pan, then heat for 1 1/2 minutes.
In a large microwavable
bowl combine marshmallows and milk. Cook uncovered 2-4 minutes
until completely melted. Stir to blend. Stir in Crème de
Cacao and Crème de Menthe. Cool until mixture is thickened,
but not set (30 minutes). Fold in whipped cream. Pour
into crust and refrigerate 4 hours or over night. Top with
whipped cream and garnish with chocolate curls.
